I have been Personal training for 8 years now after my professional rugby career was ended by injury.
During this time I have completed my Sport Science degree and gained valuable industry experience
and qualifications. I have also enjoyed a career as a Royal Marines Commando and assisted in training
members of England�s World Cup Winning Squad and more recently spent time at the English Institute
of Sport, conditioning elite sportsmen and sportswomen.
