My Specialities include: Sport specific Strength and Conditioning, Injury rehab, Weight management and nutritional advice, Circuits, Special populations (pre & post pregnancy, arthritis etc.), Resistance training & Endurance training.
I have been Personal training for 8 years now after my professional rugby career was ended by injury. During this time I have completed my Sport Science degree and gained valuable industry experience and qualifications. I have also enjoyed a career as a Royal Marines Commando and assisted in training members of England�s World Cup Winning Squad and more recently spent time at the English Institute of Sport, conditioning elite sportsmen and sportswomen.
