After the birth of my first baby, I contacted Duncan to help me shift my lingering baby belly and those stubborn extra pounds that wouldn�t seem to go.Although I was initially a little apprehensive abouttraining with a Royal Marine, I found him extremely friendly and approachable as well as professional andencouraging. The programmes he put together for me were varied enough to keep me interested and motivated whilst getting me fit.I am delighted to say not only has the post baby bulge disappeared, but also I am probably fitter and healthier than I was pre-pregnancy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan to anybody whatever his or her fitness levels or goals.

I have known Duncan for many years, first as a fellow rugby professional and secondly as a trainer. I first enlisted Duncan�s expertise after injuring myself at the end of the 2003/4 season and finding myself out of contract and without the benefit of club training. My aim was to get fit, stronger, injury free and back in the professional game for the start of the 2004/5 season. Thankfully with Duncan�s cutting edgefunctional training and nutritional advice I was able to achieve all my goals. I packed on an extra stone of muscle, improved my speed, power and agility and re-signed with my first club, Harlequins. I continued to seek Duncan�s advice and had my best season yet, culminating with an England A call up.
